Marduk And Tiamat

This started as just a doodle done during my Comparative Mythology class and turned into this huge flowblown cg-ed thing~ ^-^; It really got a bit out of hand at some points.... I think this is easily the piece i've ever spent the most time on. Partly because it was so huge and partly because i was trying some new things (like i always seem to be doing!) I think i totalled around 15 hours coloring and at least 1 1/2 just sketching and messing around with the original lines.

So, anyways, I present to you all, Marduk going off to fight Tiamat with his funky fork thing, a stick, and his bag containing all of the winds~ Lols~ I couldn't draw a bow and arrows so this is what he gets instead. Not that it looks much better~ I think hands shall be the next thing i really crack down on and learn to do properly~
